Protect your bag by waterproofing it before use and repeat the process every six months. Apply the waterproofing spray at least 30 cm from your bag. Clean regularly with a soft cloth. In case of heavy rain or spilled liquid, dab with a clean cloth and let it dry away from any source of heat. To unjam a zipper, use a little paraffin or a bar of hard soap.
